Breathe Well
Bionic Breathwork is a type of breathing practice that originates from many ancient traditions.
By controlling our breath, we can make subtle changes in our body to relax and tap into our subconscious mind.
After each session, you'll feel incredibly relaxed and gain new insights about yourself.
Sessions can range from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours, and can be done alone, in a group, in person or online.
Each session is unique and personal, and a series of sessions can bring even more benefits like the processing of deep held beliefs and emotions, gaining new perspectives, and relieving anxiety and stress.
