Hello!

Hi, I’m Alison and I love all things wellness, so decided to create a space where I can share my passions with you.

At 52, I’ve been through a variety of life stages - drinking too much in my 20’s, working too much in my 30’s, trying to get pregnant in my 40’s, (which meant fertility struggles and IVF), and now peri-menopause and a 5-year-old in my 50’s!

Throughout my life, I’ve swung from excessive exercise to a near couch potato. I’ve trained for a marathon, ski seasons, and sailing. And I’ve experimented with nearly all the diet & wellbeing fads (remember the cabbage soup and grapefruit diets)? Unsurprisingly, I’ve ‘failed’ at them all.

I’m pleased to say I’ve come out the other side - I’m a lot wiser (thanks to training, education and experience) and I feel fitter, stronger and more balanced than I have at any other time in my life.

I’m a fully trained Bionic Breathwork Instructor - the most incredible practice for quietening busy brains and enabling deep relaxation and inner peace.

I’m a personal trainer, with a focus on functional strength & creating challenging programmes that fit into your life, keep you on your toes and keep you progressing.

And I’m passionate about and interested in food - so I know my macros from my micros and keep my food nutritious, varied and most importantly, tasty.
