Join me every fortnight for a mid-week dose of relaxation.
After a short intro, you’ll get comfortable on the mat, put your eyemask on, and then just focus on your breath. I’ll guide you through a session of conscious connected active breathwork which will allow you to reach the deepest level of rest and relaxation.
Bionic Breathwork sessions are an incredible way to boost productivity, find inner calm, reduce stress and anxiety, unlock creative ideas, and just explore your inner thoughts and feelings.
All equipment will be provided of this wonderful mid-week chance to relax and release.
